Do you enjoy physics engines that punish you for being affected by gravity?

Do you hate the local lord who dares collect rent on land he has no right to?

Do you just really hate the evil rats who eat the vodka grain in the pub basement?

Well, you may enjoy EPIC PEASANT RPG, a tabletop game made with @titanomachyRPG's Caltrop Core.

You have five dice. You have four limbs. You have one head.

Protect it or the night will be done before you've even had a drink.

Flail your fists in this fast paced feudal adventure system! Drink grog in between bouts of double punching King Billiard! Or just sit down for ten minutes of raw unfiltered peasant action, where you're rewarded for shouting huzzah together and giving your friend your only shoe. Remember, YOU are the weapon now.

Perfect for adapting to drinking games, pleasing MMO fans who want just one more starting area quest and entertaining TTRPG enthusiasts burned out on DnD.

Included in this PDF are:

  • How to play and run EPIC PEASANT RPG
  • Examples of backgrounds, monster and gear
  • One short premade adventure with group activities, for a nervous game master to read out

This game is a late-prototype system made for a game jam. It should be completely functional and the spirit of the rules is hopefully clear.  Many of the rules are left vague for your entertainment and interpretation. Nothing mechanical, just stuff like "fear". Feel free to get in touch with me via the comments if you like it or want advice on trying it out at parties/in the cellar/online.

Suggested price is 0.00. If you're filthy rich, consider sending me a quid so I can drink cold milk.

I just wanted to get this banged out on time, so there will be accessibility and printable options to come.

It looks like garbage because I am garbage and made it all in Aseprite, the only software I trust.
